Foundations of Practice
All of our programmes include a gentle introduction to foundational yoga postures and simple sequences, designed especially for beginners. These practices are offered to support your home journey and encourage further exploration at your own pace. The Hatha yoga postures we share form the underlying structure from which many modern styles and variations of yoga have evolved, giving you a grounded and accessible starting point.
During these courses you’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, refine your understanding, and receive guidance on building a consistent and sustainable practice. It’s important to remember that yoga is far more than physical movement - while asanas (postures) can be a powerful tool, not all yogis and yoginis focus on the physical practice. The essence of yoga lies in awareness, connection, and union, and this path can be lived and embodied in many different ways.
