Welcome. My name is Johnathon Martin, and my work is about guiding people back to who they truly are.

Through yoga, mindfulness, and deep self-inquiry, I help individuals move beyond stress, anxiety, and conditioning into a life of greater peace, clarity, and connection.

My Journey Into Yoga & Transformation

Like many people, my journey didn’t begin with peace - it began with searching.

Searching for meaning, for understanding, and for something deeper than the surface of everyday life.

Yoga became more than just a physical practice. It became a path of awareness. A way of seeing clearly. A way of understanding the mind, releasing unnecessary suffering, and reconnecting with something greater.

Over time, this path evolved into what I now share as The Now Yoga Journey - a practical and spiritual approach to transformation rooted in presence, self-awareness, and truth.

As I Understand

At the heart of my work is a simple understanding:

We are not here to fix ourselves - we are here to remember who we are.

Much of the stress, anxiety, and struggle we experience comes from conditioning, unconscious patterns, and a disconnection from the present moment.

Through yoga and awareness, it’s possible to:

* quiet the mind

* see beyond limiting beliefs

* reconnect with inner stillness

* experience a deeper sense of peace and purpose

My Approach to Yoga & Transformation

My approach blends:

* Yoga – to reconnect with the body

* Mindfulness – to calm and focus the mind

* Self-inquiry – to understand thoughts, beliefs, and identity

This is not about quick fixes or surface-level change.

It’s about real, lasting transformation - creating a shift in how you experience yourself and your life.

How I Work With You

I offer:

* Weekly online yoga classes (UK & worldwide)

* A private 6-week transformation programme

* In-person sessions in West & North-West London
