It blends simple, accessible practices with deeper teachings drawn from yoga philosophy, meditation, and modern wellbeing tools. Whether you are completely new or already have an established practice, our aim is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward greater clarity, calm, and balance in daily life.

Our offerings include a self-paced audio course, guided programmes the 7-Day Reset, and a more in-depth 6-Week 1:1 Coaching Journey. We also work with schools and colleges to support wellbeing, focus, and emotional resilience in educational environments.

What exactly is "Now Yoga"?

Now Yoga is not a standard fitness class. It is a practical system of inner transformation designed to help you navigate the pressures of modern life. While we use movement and breath, our focus is on nervous system regulation, mental clarity, self-awareness and emotional steadiness. It is about how you feel and think, not just how you move.

Do I need to be flexible or have yoga experience?

During our courses, you will learn the basic yoga postures and sequences. However, you may already have your own yoga practice, so the amount of time I spend coaching you on yoga postures, breathing exercises, and related techniques is entirely up to you.

In both the 7-Day Reset Course and the free Stress Reset Course, you will be introduced to beginner-friendly postures, simple yoga sequences, breathing exercises, as well as meditation and mindfulness practices designed to help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and support overall wellbeing.

Is this a religious or "spiritual" practice?

Now Yoga is a practical methodology focused on modern psychology and self-inquiry. While it draws on ancient wisdom, it is entirely grounded in the reality of today’s "overactive mind." It is about understanding your own mental patterns, not adopting a new belief system.

How is this different from a pre-recorded online course?

This is a bespoke personal partnership rather than a generic digital course. The 6-Week Journey is conducted one-to-one, and the coaching session included in the 7-Day Reset is also live and direct - person to person.

We work together on your specific life challenges, providing guidance, accountability, and practical tools tailored to your individual needs and nervous system. This creates a much deeper and more personal experience than simply following a pre-recorded programme alone.

The only fully pre-recorded programme we currently offer is the guided audio course.

What type of yoga do you share in your courses?

We share yoga in the broadest sense of the word - yoga as “union” - beyond rigid systems, beliefs, or labels. The focus is on greater self-awareness, balance, connection, and inner clarity in everyday life.

Within the courses, you will be introduced to beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga practices inspired by the teachings of Sivananda Yoga. This provides an excellent foundation for any style of yoga you may later wish to explore more deeply.

We also introduce Raja Yoga, along with other meditation, mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and simple techniques to help calm the mind and regulate the nervous system.

During the personal coaching sessions, we can also explore yoga philosophy in greater depth if that interests you, including the history of yoga, the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the 4 traditional paths of yoga, and how these teachings can be applied practically in modern life.

Do you work with schools and colleges?

Yes. I have worked with a college in North-West London for the past four years, helping students develop greater clarity, calmness, focus, resilience, and confidence in both their studies and personal lives.

During this time, I created and refined “The Exam and Life Preparation Course” - a practical wellbeing and mindfulness programme designed specially for teenagers preparing for exams and the pressures of modern education.

The programme gives students grounded tools to manage stress, improve focus, regulate emotions, and approach both exams and life with greater balance and self-awareness.

How do I start working with Now Yoga?

A great place to begin is by signing up for the free course to experience the foundations of the Now Yoga approach. From there, you can continue with the guided audio course and the 7-Day Reset before moving deeper into the 6-Week Transformation Coaching Journey.

If you feel called to more personalised support, you can then contact us to discuss.

If you are a headteacher, college leader, or organisation based in West or North-West London and are interested in wellbeing workshops or student mindfulness programmes, please get in touch to discuss how we can support your staff and students.

Where and when is the best place to start with Now Yoga?

There is really only now. If not now, then when? And if not here, then where?

The invitation of Now Yoga is to begin with the present moment exactly as it is, rather than waiting for the “right time” or the “perfect version” of yourself or your life. Transformation doesn’t happen in an imagined future - it begins in the awareness of now.

That said, the Free Stress Reset Course is often a natural starting point. It offers a simple, accessible introduction to the practices and helps you begin working with the mind, body, and nervous system in a grounded way.

From there, you can explore our other courses when you feel ready.
